What is recorded here

Knockaneacoolteen holds a long, low mound of burnt material in wet pasture beside a stream, marking an ancient kitchen where heat and water met. People likely dropped burning stones into water, sending steam across the grass and filling the air with the smell of cooked food. That simple act turned a ordinary field into a place of sharing, hunger eased and company kept warm.
