Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1900. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted roughcast walls with painted rendered strips to ends. Square-headed window openings with painted cut-stone sills, rendered surrounds, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
A small-scale house of modest architectural aspirations retaining the essential composition attributes together with most of the original fabric, thereby contributing positively to the character of the street scene.
