St Joseph's Well in Foher, County Galway, holds water inside a small rectangular hollow built from flat stone blocks on the south side of the Salrock Pass track. Coins rest at the bottom beside a ruined cairn, marking repeated visits by people who believed the water could carry a request heavenward. The well remains quiet, but it is not empty; it is packed with forgotten wishes and the patience of stone.

On S side of track leading E from Salrock Pass. Known locally as St Joseph's Well, it consists of a small, roughly rectangular, water-filled hollow delimited by small fliat blocks of stone. Some coins are visible, as are the remnants of a small cairn immediately to S (info. T. Robinson). Not visited. Linked to St Joseph, the well is traditionally associated with healing and protection, particularly for children. Coins left at the site suggest a long-standing custom of making offerings in return for favours or as acts of devotion.
