Freestanding limestone ashlar burial monument, c.1800, comprising plinth on a square plan with panels having oval mouldings, and moulded coping rising to panelled pedestal having obelisk over, all surrounded by sections of wrought iron railings. Set in grounds shared with Fiddown Church.
Forming an appealing focal point in the grounds of Fiddown Church a finely-executed Classically-composed monument of architectural and artistic design distinction displays high quality stone masonry.
