What is recorded here

Lisnacreeva is a fading fairy fort on a Galway hill, its shallow ditch and scarped bank barely visible beneath the grass. The ring measures forty-three metres north to south and thirty-eight east to west, large enough for a household but no longer sharp enough to prove one. It may have been a home, a marker or a place where people believed the boundaries thinned. The grass keeps the shape alive while forgetting the names that made it.

On the summit of a low hill in level grassland. Poorly preserved subcircular rath (N-S 43m, E-W 38.5m) defined by a bank and external fosse from NE through S to WNW. A scarp forms the enclosing element from WNW to NE. There is a CBG (GA016-052001-) within the interior.
