The barrow (mound barrow) in Farranrory Upper is in County Tipperary, Ireland. It is a low elongated mound measuring 25 metres north-south and 35 metres east-west, rising 1 metre above the ground. A natural hillock was scarped to form this shape, with no enclosing bank or ditch visible. Stone flags protrude from the top and may be remains of cist graves.

On top of high reclaimed pasture in upland area with good extensive views. Nearby ring-barrow (TS049-031----) and burials (TS049-030----) 124m and 260m to the W respectively. Natural hillock which has been scarped to form a low elongated mound (diam. 25m N-S; 35m E-W-; H 1m) with no enclosing bank or fosse visible. Portal dolmen; likely dates to the Early Bronze Age. Its location within a broader burial landscape suggests it was part of a ceremonial or funerary complex used for communal or elite interment.
