Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Farrancallin is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Farrancallin, County Westmeath, Ireland. This raised circular area, approximately 28 metres in diameter from north to south and 26 metres from east to west, is enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank and a slight external fosse. The bank is best preserved at the northwest, while it is reduced to a scarp elsewhere, and a possible entrance exists at the north-northeast where a slight depression in the scarp is 1.8 metres wide.

Situated on top of a slight natural rise in grassland surrounded by higher natural ridges. Ringfort (WM012-070----) 180m to SSW, ringfort (WM012-071----) 200m to ESE. A raised circular shaped area (approx. diam. 28m N-S; 26m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank and a slight external fosse. The bank is best preserved at NW, and reduced to a scarp elsewhere. There is a possible entrance at NNE, where there is a slight depression (Wth 1.8m) in the scarp. A field fence forms part of the perimeter of the monument from SE-S-W. See attached profile of monument surveyed and drawn by the ASI.
