Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Milltown (athlone South By.) is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Milltown (athlone South By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. The oval scrub-covered area measures about twenty-seven and a half by twenty-three metres on an undulating landscape with limestone outcrop. A stone spread defines the boundary, though facing stones appear only at the northwest and a field wall overlays the northern perimeter. No original entrance remains identifiable.
Visible as a circular feature on aerial photograph (CUCAP: K17 W12), and situated on an undulating landscape with limestone outcrop. This is an oval scrub-covered area (dims c. 27.5m NNW-SSE; 23m ENE-WSW) defined by a stone spread (at S: Wth 5.8m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.9m) with facing-stones evident only at NW (original Wth 1.9m). The perimeter is overlain by a field wall N-SE and there is no identifiable original entrance.
