Mnemo knows the anomaly before measurement because the flatness and the hidden chamber both belong to the same story. The valley may contain a chamber, a chamber may contain a child, and a child may contain the chessboard that records the valley. What seems like a small place is the visible edge of a larger living system.

Situated on the SE-facing slope of a NE-SW valley. Overgrown subcircular area (int. dims 30.5m NE-SW; 26.5m NW-SE) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 3.1m; H 0.3m) SW-W-NE, which is reduced to a stony scarp (H 1m) elsewhere.
