Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Cregg is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Cregg, County Sligo, Ireland. The D-shaped site measures 20 metres north-south and 16 metres east-west on a slight north-facing slope. A rubble limestone wall encloses the area, though original larger footings remain visible beneath rebuilt field walls. A shorter internal wall extends eight metres from the northern inner face toward the south-southeast.

Situated on a slight N-facing slope, in elevated gently undulating pasture. Originally circular but now comprises a D-shaped area (dims. 20m N-S; 16m E-W) enclosed by a drystone wall of rubble limestone (T 1.65m; H 0.7m). There is no fosse visible at ground level. The cashel wall has been entirely rebuilt as field wall SE-NE. The original footings of the wall, made up of larger limestone blocks, are visible at the base of the wall SW-NE. From NE-SE the cashel wall has been removed and the current edge of the site is defined by a straight N-S orientated drystone field wall. A WSW-ENE orientated field wall of large boulders links to the outside of the cashel wall at SW. The original entrance is not recognisable. The footings of a drystone wall (L 8m; Wth 1m; H 0.2m) extend from the inner face of the cashel wall at N across the interior in a SSE direction. Compiled by: Patrick F.
