Situated on the N-facing slope of a W-E valley with a canalised stream c. 190m to the N. A cropmark of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) defined by a single slight fosse feature with entrance gaps at E and W is visible on aerial photographs (MM (16) 17–19).
