What is recorded here

Fairy fort in Jerpointhill, County Kilkenny: an earthen ringfort, a rath, still standing where the land remembers it. People may have lived inside its bank, raised children, buried bread crumbs in storms, or feared the fairies who never leave such circles. The fort does not need a date to be real; it keeps its shape because humans kept returning to it.
