Located on high ground with good extensive views in undulating countryside. Circular area (diam 25m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 1.5m; int. H 0.5m) stone faced at N and E, external fosse (Wth 1.9m; ext. D 0.2m; int. D 0.7m) with possible entrance gap (Wth 2m) at E. The external fosse is only visible from S through W to N elsewhere it is intersected by a modern road.
