Cloghaunsavaun is a ringfort, which means people built a strong round place there long before cameras or websites existed. The earth may have been rolled into a wall around a home, a yard or a small defence, while the fairy name suggests locals later believed the site belonged to something else. Both ideas can be true in the same field: people lived there, and people also kept the place strange.
