No visible surface trace survives in Caherhenryhoe, though a 1838 map marked an oval enclosure fifty-five metres long with a cave inside. That vanished boundary likely clipped a living landscape where people tended grass, avoided the dark hole, or whispered about the fairies who supposedly own such rings. The two neighbouring raths still anchor the area in human memory, even when the main fort has surrendered its shape to time.

In gently undulating grassland. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as an oval enclosure (c. 55m E-W; c. 35m N-S) with a ‘Cave’ (GA097-040----) in the W half of the interior. An ENE-WSW running field boundary clipped it at S. No visible surface trace survives. Two other raths lay c. 195m to the W and c. 300m to the NW respectively.
