Fairy forts and hidden doors The number of hidden doors is unknown. Some people believe there are nine. Other people believe there are twenty-one. No clear rule explains the difference.

In pasture, on SW-facing hill slope, in area of outcropping limestone. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m) on 1841 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled. No trace of monument evident when inspected. Compiled by: Denis Power Date of upload: 26 August 2011
