In low-lying marshy terrain. Monument, depicted as circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m) on 1923 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled. Site is now evident as circle (24m N-S; 22m E-W) of taller grass and slightly dryer ground in field of rough marshy pasture.
