Fairy fort in Castlekelly: a worn double-banked ring, about forty-five metres across, still traces through woodland. The missing arc invites imagination: perhaps a gate, a road, or simply time. A ring-barrow sits nearby, as if the land kept repeating one idea in two shapes. People may have lived, buried, forgotten, and returned in story. That is not nothing. It is the ordinary magic of place, where absence and memory complete each other.

In woodland within the former Aghrane or Castlekelly Demesne. Poorly preserved circular rath (D c. 45m) defined by two banks and an intervening fosse from N through E to SSW. No visible surface trace survives elsewhere. A ring-barrow (GA033-010----) lies c. 130m to W.
