Situated on a fairly level landscape with a W-E section of the River Blackwater c. 90, to the S. The cropmark of an enclosure (diam. c. 40m) defined by a single fosse feature SE-W-N is visible on aerial photograph (CUCAP: BDQ061). It is not visible on any other series of aerial images.
