Enclosure in Barn Demesne (inishlounaght Par.)

In pasture (silage H 0.3m), on an elevated area of an E-facing slope, between mature forestry to N and tertiary road to S. The garden of a modern house is adjacent to the E. A circular enclosure identified on an aerial photograph (ASIAP (300) 20-21, 13-09-2002), with another smaller enclosure (TS082-098----) located c. 20m to the W. The monument could not be clearly discerned in the lush grass but a slight depression possibly indicates the interior. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 24 February 2014
