Situated towards the bottom of a slight SW-facing slope. The cropmark of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) defined by a single fosse feature is visible on digital aerial photographs (WX039-083_1 to _3) taken in 2006. The site is overlain by a NNE-SSW field bank towards the perimeter at E. Rath (WX039-082----) is c. 110m to the NW and rath (WX039-081----) is c. 200m to the NNE.
