Located towards the bottom of a slight SW-facing slope. The cropmark of a rectangular enclosure (dims c. 40m NNE-SSW; c. 30m WNW-ESE) defined by a drain or fosse feature on all sides except the ESE where there is a field bank is visible on digital aerial photographs (WX039-085_1, _2).
