End-of-terrace four-bay single-storey house, built c.1830. The building is finished in render with Tudor style drip mouldings. The timber sheeted door is set within a flat-headed opening. The window openings are also flat-headed with eight over eight timber sash frames. The pitched roof is finished with natural slate and has cast-iron rainwater goods. The chimneystack is rendered with plain caps and clay pots. The building is road fronted.

The Tudor style drip mouldings give this unassuming cottage further interest. The single-storey also adds to the variety of the streetscape.
