What is recorded here

Leacht in Drumacoo is a square stone structure on the NW slope of a possible cairn in County Galway, built from large rectangular blocks and smaller stones. It stands three courses high on the SE side, two on the SW and NE sides, and one on the NW side. A hawthorn tree overhangs the N corner, and a cross-base with two shaft fragments lies in the W corner. The place may have marked a boundary, a burial, or a prayer, but its exact purpose has faded into the hill.

On the NW slope of a possible cairn (GA103-118011-); this possible leacht, almost square in plan (2.5m NE-SW; 2.4m NW-SE) is defined by large rectangular blocks (L 0.7m; Wth 0.3m; T 0.15m) and some smaller stones. It is three courses high on the SE side, two on the SW and NE sides and just one course high on the NW side. A hawthorn tree standing close to the N corner overhangs the structure.
