Dromore holds a rath, an ancient earthwork whose boundary still marks the land. Whether it served as a fortress, a boundary marker, or a sacred enclosure, the shape itself preserves the choice made by the people who built it. The completion of that structure required judgment, labour and confidence that the result would outlast its makers.
