Seventeen hut sites cluster around the Lissachiggel ringfort, suggesting a busy residential settlement rather than a lonely outpost. This particular hut likely sheltered workers, weavers or soldiers who supported the fort's main household. The dense packing implies shared labour, constant movement and little private space, turning the ground into a crowded living machine instead of a quiet ruin.
