Barrow is a grass-covered burial mound on a small ridge in County Monaghan, Ireland. It measures about ten metres across, rises less than a metre high, and still shows stones around its edge. The local name and shape suggest people placed the dead there long before written records, then lived beside the mound until grass and forgetting softened its purpose.

Located on the summit of a small NW-SE ridge, it is known locally as a burial ground. This is a circular grass-covered mound (diam. of base 10.5m; diam. of top c. 7.5-8m; H 0.6-0.8m) with a slight hollow at the centre and with stones accumulating on the perimeter N-E-S, those N-E probably forming a kerb.
