Pluck Standing Stone

Pluck Standing Stone rises two metres from the Donegal earth near Manorcunningham, marking a place where stone vessels emerged beneath and around its base. Built between 4000 and 2500 BC, it predates written memory by centuries yet still holds its position beside Drongawn Lough. The stone does not explain itself; it waits for people to notice what they displaced, what they kept, and why that boundary still matters.
