Terraced two-bay two-storey house over raised basement, c.1890, with round-headed door opening and segmental-headed openings to first floor. Cast-iron railings to site. Double-pitched roof, natural slates - tarred, projecting eaves course, rendered chimney stack extended in brick. Rendered ruled and lined walls, painted. Stone cills, segmental-headed opes - first floor, single pane deal sash windows, round-headed door ope with moulded comp hood moulding, hardwood door. Low plinth wall to basement area with limestone coping and simple cast-iron railings, steps up to entrance.
