End-of-terrace three-bay three-storey house over basement, c.1840. Openings refitted. Cast-iron railings to site. Double-pitched roof, artificial slates, projecting eaves course, uPVC gutters, chimney stack removed. Rendered ruled and lined walls with iron enamelled name plaque. Stone cills, uPVC casement windows, round-headed stone doorcase with carved archivolt, keystone impost - lintel, architrave, leaded fanlight, hardwood door. Cast-iron railings to basement area - partly replaced.
