Halfway up a merciless rocky ridge above Barley Lake, two abandoned huts and a small enclosure cling to a narrow terrace. They face north into the chill, backed by bare stone, reachable only through a gully that cuts toward the summit. The arrangement suggests people valued the view and shelter enough to carry materials up that steep slope, perhaps watching weather or tending animals in the rough grazing below.

Group of two hut sites (CO104-053----, CO104-053001-) and a small enclosure (CO104-053002-)situated on a level terrace about half way up a steep, rocky ridge overlooking Barley Lake to the north, in an area of rough grazing.
