End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey with dormer attic gable-fronted house, built c.1860, having two-storey canted bay window to front (south-east) and single-bay two-storey entrance bay to side (north-east). Two-storey recent addition and gabled dormer window to rear (north-west). Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystack with corbelled coping, uPVC clad eaves course and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls throughout having rendered plinth. Render sill bands to first and second floors of canted bay, having corbelled rendered cornice and moulded architrave to eaves level of ground floor. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills and uPVC casement windows throughout, with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to rear elevation. Round-headed window opening with rendered sill to gable of front elevation, having uPVC casement window. Round-headed door opening with chamfered reveal to front elevation of entrance bay, having replacement timber panelled door with fanlight and tooled limestone stepped approach.

Built as part of a terrace of ten, this terrace is part of a group of fine late nineteenth century houses, which along with the pairs of Eastern and Western Villas, form an interesting ensemble. The gabled front and canted bay window mark this and number 1 out as the end-of-terrace houses. Its prominent location overlooking the Owenboy River and enjoying a fine view of Crosshaven to the south, makes it a notable addition in the landscape.
