Terraced three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1860, having recent flat-roofed dormer window to front (south-east) and gable-fronted dormer windows to rear (north-west). Recent single-storey additions to rear. Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystack, timber clad eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls throughout having rendered plinth with cast-iron vents, moulded render string course below eaves. Square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills throughout, having replacement one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front elevation. Three-over-three pane timber sliding sash window with stained glass margins and uPVC casement windows to rear. Round-headed door opening with chamfered reveals to front elevation, having timber panelled door with cast-iron door furniture, fanlight and tooled limestone stepped approach.

Built as part of a terrace of ten, this terrace is part of a group of fine late nineteenth century houses, which along with the pairs of Eastern and Western Villas, form an interesting ensemble. The slate roof, timber sliding sash windows, round-headed door opening and limestone sills are among the surviving original features which add to the character of both the building and terrace. Its prominent location overlooking the Owenboy River and enjoying a fine view of Crosshaven to the south, makes it a notable addition in the landscape.
