Semi-detached four-bay two-storey house, built c.1870, having gabled bay with two-storey canted bay window and recessed entrance bay to front (south-east). Recent two-bay single-storey with dormer attic addition to side (north-east). Two-storey pitched roofed addition to rear (north-west). Pitched slate roofs having rendered chimneystacks, uPVC clad eaves course and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Carved timber bargeboards to gables. Rendered walls throughout having rendered plinth with cast-iron vents. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and replacement one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows throughout. Square-headed door opening to porch, having timber panelled door with brass door furniture and paved stepped approach.

Built as a pair with the adjoining house to the west, this pair is part of a group of fine late nineteenth century houses, along with the Terrace and Western Villas to the west, which forms an interesting ensemble. The canted bay window, timber sliding sash windows and carved timber bargeboards are features which add to its character. Its prominent location overlooking the Owenboy River and enjoying a fine view of Crosshaven to the south, makes it a notable addition in the landscape.
