What is recorded here

Indicated was a fairy fort on a south-facing slope above Curraghalicky Lake, but human hands levelled part of it in 1946 and finished the erasure between 1983 and 1984. The grass still covers the scar, yet the shape is gone. What remained was a boundary marker for the lake, not a home for people. Forgetting it is easier than admitting we buried it.
