What is recorded here
On a S-facing slope. An area of about 10 acres (c. 2 ha) close to a pond contains relict field walls consisting of the bases of drystone walls. They form fairly regular rectangular fields (dims c. 60m x c. 30m). No house sites or lazy beds were identified, and they are probably post-medieval.
