Roughcast rendered walls with smooth raised rendered quoins. Square-headed window openings with six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows, having decorative render surrounds to front elevation, and concrete sills. Square-headed timber panelled doors with overlights and decorative rendered surrounds. Set on elevated site, with concrete retaining wall. Two-storey and single-storey outbuildings, and thatched house to north.
