Crannog in Derragh Lough is a small oval stone platform on the eastern shoreline, made of loosely set red sandstones that may be natural rather than built. Reeds and grass grow across its uneven surface, blurring the line between human craft and river action. If people ever shaped it, they left no wall, no door, no marker, only a shallow disc of stone that the water can swallow and return.

In reeds on the E stony shoreline of Derragh Lough. This small oval stone platform (12.5m N-S; 9m E-W), which may be natural, has a maximum height of 0.3m above the shore. It consists of a concentration of subangular red sandstones, varying in size from 0.2-0.4m.
