Indicated is a court tomb in County Mayo, Ireland, where large stones still mark the edge of a chamber built for the dead. It belongs to the megalithic age, when people moved heavy rock without modern tools and shaped the land into a container for memory. The court layout suggests a place for gathering, ceremony and burial rather than a hidden chamber.
