What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1880. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings with one-over-one (first floor) and tripartite (ground floor) timber sliding sash windows. Square headed door opening with replacement timber glazed door and overlight.
The balanced proportions of this façade are much enlivened by the retention of the fine timber sliding sash windows. This house forms part of a terrace in this both residential and commercial area of the town and contributes to its architectural heritage.
