What is recorded here

A scatter (L 1.75m max.; Wth 0.25m; D 0.26m) of hazel and birch brushwood (diam. 0.007-0.032m). Individual pieces were laid horizontally and vertically. With the exclusion of a single split/tear mark no toolmarks are visible. Bark survived on most of the brushwood. Compiled by: Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit, UCD. Date of upload: 24 August 2010
