Terraced two-bay single-storey house, c. 1835. Tiled pitched roof brick chimney stack decorative clay pots. Rendered painted walls, ruled and lined. Retaining timber panelled door with original fanlight, having replacement uPVC casement window to ground floor with hood moulding above window opening; part of group arranged around square.

Early nineteenth-century terraced house with simple hipped hood-mouldings to windows. Of regional interest, excluding alterations, as part of little altered arrangement around square where roofline and plan form remains intact. Important also as former military housing associated with Barracks on site of South Infirmary.
