End-of-terrace three-bay single-storey house, c. 1835, having replacement uPVC casement windows and modern timber door with glazed inset, with hood mouldings above window openings and single-storey flat-roofed pavilion to side. Slate pitched roof. Frontage onto square with communal green area.

Early nineteenth-century terraced house with simple hipped hood-mouldings to windows. Important as part of a little altered arrangement around a square where roofline and plan-form remain intact. Significant also as former military housing associated with Barracks on South Infirmary site.
