Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c. 1865; in use as offices, having slate pitched roof and cast iron gutter and downpipe, painted render finish, retaining timber sliding sash windows, painted stone cills and spiked ball cill guard to ground floor, round headed door opening with plain fanlight and timber four-panel door; street frontage.

One of a group of mid nineteenth-century terraced buildings, retaining much original external fabric. Having significance for overall character of streetscape and as group having particular importance as foil to the nationally rated Bank building on the corner of South Mall and Parnell place.
