Corner-sited end-of-terrace multiple-bay three-storey office building, built c. 1955, with chamfered corner to the north-east. Flat roof and rendered walls. Metal casement windows, set in horizontal glazed bands to upper floors. Replacement pair of glazed doors.
Constructed in the mid twentieth century, this office building is representative of architectural design and theory of that time. The building is a well designed addition to the streetscape, and retains it's original form and function, as well as many original features and materials, such as the metal casement windows.
