Terraced two-bay three-storey house with dormer attic, c. 1835, slate pitched roof, walls have painted render finish, retaining timber sash windows to all floors except dormer attic, round-headed door opening with moulded surround and leaded glass overlight, bracketed eaves and cast iron railings to small front garden.
First building in an intact terrace retaining many original features including moulded door surround with a leaded glass overlight and timber sash windows. The south facing terrace is also very important to the streetscape.
