Detached five-bay single-storey over half basement house, c. 1860, having round-headed door opening and set within a walled garden. Rendered walls with quoins to corners and moulded string course to first floor level. Asbestos slate hipped roof.
A large detached house set within a walled garden retaining timber sash windows and round headed window with coloured glass to landing. This building is notable on a street where terraces prevail.
