What is recorded here

End-of-terrace three-bay four-storey over basement house, c. 1820, having ruled render finish to front elevation, moulded cornice to parapet, graduated windows and large round-headed door-opening; annexe to rear; double pitched slate roof and ruled render finish to walls.
This building is one of the large, south facing houses which line the northern side of Wellington Road. Despite the replacement of details such as windows and railings the building retains its original fenestration pattern and proportions as well as the stone steps which lead up to the ground floor which is raised just above street level.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
