Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c. 1875, as part of a terrace of four houses. In use as B & B. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and eaves dentils. Rendered walls with moulded render surrounds to ground floor openings. Replacement timber sash windows with stone sills. Segmental-arched door opening with raised render surround, limestone threshold, replacement glazed door and blocked fanlight.
Built as part of terrace of four houses, this group of buildings make a positive contribution to the streetscape, due to the scale and form of the group. This building is enhanced by the retention of many interesting features and materials, such as the decorative moulded render detail and the eaves dentils.
