Terraced three-bay four-storey Georgian house, c. 1780; refurbished, c. 1993; office use to upper floors with hairdressers to ground floor. Slate pitched roof, parapet wall to facade. Timber shopfront with cornice. Painted render finish, replacement uPVC windows retaining original architraves. Separate entrance to upper floors having a square headed opening with plain overlight.

Despite the fact that this building has lost some of its original features, it remains important to the streetscape in terms of scale and proportions. Although the original windows have been replaced with uPVC, the architraves are retained.
